I do not recommend the Create PDF option from Safari, the files don't look good, they are messy and desorganized.Today on flow of the week we would like to highlight a flow brought to our attention by Willy Reuter. With this workaround the files are identical as they were when I used only the Sent to Kindle extension. I always convert the PDF to a Kindle file. No need to change anything from print options, just zoom in the PDF and a share icon will appear on the top right corner. Not required but the PDF file looks better. I'll be glad to hear any experience from iphone/ipad users to see if we can shed some light on the matter, if you noticed something or everything is ok.ġ: Swith to Reader mode.
Someone with the same problem or it is just me?ĮDIT: I tried the Chrome (PC) plug-in Send to Kindle and it works fine (files showing up in kindle and phone) so it must be a bug or something with the iOS app or my phone.
I contacted Amazon customer service but they just tell me to restart the kindle, they ignore the app. I reinstalled the app, relinked the phone to the app, but nothing works out. I tried emailing to my kindle from a personal email and it works fine, the files show up in the kindle and in the phone, looks like it is a problem while sending files with the iOS app. I also tried sending files from Twitter or TheGuardian app, none works. Everything looks normal, the message telling that the file has been loaded successfully still pops out but nothing arrives to my kindle nor the phone. I use the Safari extension to send files to my kindle, basically news, but yesterday the files stopped arriving to the devices (phone and kindle).
